How usage is counted.
MantisRMM: active agents
Each endpoint with an installed agent that checks in during the billing cycle. An uninstalled agent stops counting once it stops checking in.
Mantis360: monitored assets
Each asset live during the cycle. A 7-day grace window means an asset discovered by accident and deleted within 7 days is never billed.
MantisNMS: sensors
Each check, selected SNMP interface or host aspect is one sensor; the device itself is free. Your live count is shown in the MantisNMS sidebar.
Growing and shrinking
Your quantity rises automatically as you grow (prorated), so nothing stops working. To reduce it, email support — it takes effect next cycle.

Yes. Every product has a 30-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card. Trials are capped at 10 devices (MantisRMM), 50 assets (Mantis360) and 100 sensors (MantisNMS) so you can evaluate everything before you buy.
Yes. If you're a new customer and not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. See the Fair Refund Policy for details.
$2 per agent per month, with a minimum of 10 agents ($20/month), added in steps of 10. An agent is one Windows, Linux or macOS endpoint running the MantisRMM agent that checks in during the billing cycle. There are no per-technician fees.
$4 per asset per month, sold in packs of 50 assets ($200 per pack per month). An asset is any endpoint, network device or cloud resource Mantis360 monitors, through an agent or network scanning. An asset discovered by accident and deleted within 7 days is not billed.
Each monitored value is one sensor: a ping, HTTP, TCP, TLS or DNS check, each SNMP interface you select, and each host aspect (uptime, CPU, memory, each disk). The device itself is free. Plans start at $175/month for 500 sensors.
Yes. MantisOps Complete bundles MantisRMM, Mantis360 and MantisNMS under one tenant and one monthly invoice, with 10% off the combined subscription. The three share one agent, one sign-in, one Customer Portal and one alerts inbox, and a single Complete trial starts all three.
No. Shadow AI detection is part of Mantis360 at $4 per asset per month: it finds AI apps on devices, self-hosted AI servers on the network and AI services exposed to the internet.
Your subscribed quantity increases automatically as usage grows, so nothing stops working, and the prorated charge appears on your next invoice. Trial and capped plans block additions above the cap instead.
Yes. Email support@mantidops.com and the decrease takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Quantities are never reduced automatically.
